Julie Pears

She has predominantly been involved with projects on behalf of the private sector, with an emphasis on public sector JV partnering to secure sustainable retail – led town and city centre regeneration schemes which have included integrated transport hubs, mixed tenure residential, leisure (cinemas and restaurants), hotel, health, and historic concert hall provision.

Julie has worked in development monitoring and managing roles on behalf of major investors such as the Crown Estate and the Church Commissioners, and in a client capacity as Director of Development at Capital shopping Centres / intu, and most recently at as Head of Development at Ellandi in setting and delivering strategic vision for the repurposing of town shopping centres.

Julie is a Trustee Director of West London Multi Academy Trust, and Non-Executive Director of a London based architectural practice.
